Not CP...but recent grad questions.

I know that this forum is mostly about the CP at Disney...but does anyone have any info. on jobs for people just out of college (recreation management degree/business minor)? I'm really interested in being a youth counselor on one of the DCL's for a few months or so. Is it all work/no play? Are the people cool? Can you save some decent money?

I've looked over the official Disney employment page a hundred times...I just wanted some feedback from people that had actually experienced it. Thanks!
