This is my Chinese swine contribution. When we asked the server about the pork in the dish we were served; the chef brought the pig leg out for us to see how "fresh" it was. I was in such shock that I didn't get a good picture of it but the hoof was still on.
See Pakey, now I'm one of those ignorant (ignorami?) eaters. I know what it is, but I don't want to see it in its original incarnation. I know where eggs and milk come from. However, I don't want to see it as it's happening, KWIM? My inlaws have had a roasted pig for their barbeques many times and I just can't bring myself to each it.
