Luckily, no one was killed and it appears this rig was not in production. No leaks so far....

Just heard that the USCG is reporting a mile-long sheen of oil around the area, but it is unclear if there is a "live" leak, or if it was just oil that got in the water during the fire.

All seven wells were closed off, so that's no doubt fuel that was in storage on the platform.
