I had this problem in August - and it came out even thanks to a little creativity. Visited 2 different CMs who couldn't help - it was for IASW which is a long ride and we didn't have enough time before our CRT reservation. We were told if we went to one of the official guest stations they should be able to help - we weren't very close to one, and with lunch reservations and park hopping we didn't want to devote the time.
We also didn't want to wait for the entire window to pass to book our next ride (we were park hopping and were planning to book a ride there during our lunch) - so we found two people back in the line at IASW and asked them if they wanted to go in the LL. Since the CM at IASW was one that couldn't help, they let us scan in and send these two people through - we were able to barely check in for lunch and book another ride at lunch.
Wonder if iphones having any of the same issues.
