I am not a happy Disney fan right now. Two weeks ago I called wdw dining and made a reservation for Dining with an Imagineer for today at the Brown Derby at Disney/MGM. I arrived early to check in . Told the CM at the desk at the restaurant that I had a reservation for dining with an Imagineer at12:30. She in formed me they only have it at 11 ;30 only. sure enough my name wasnt on the reservation schedule. By now I am not happy. The CM calls for a manager. I explain the situation to the manager. She loks in her computer to see which cast memebr i made the original reservation with. I told her when i made the call a few weeks ago that the cm told me i could choose anytime between 11:30 and 1:30 so I chose 12:30, which at the time i thought was odd becasue i had heard it was only available at 11:30 but that do i know, maybe they changed it? She specifically asked me is i wanted Brown Derby or Artist Point. I said Brown Derby. So anyway the manager today confirmed that they have just one seating at 11:30. So I am not happy i took the day off work, and drove 75 miles for this. She apologiaes says there is not anything she can do. I made areservation for an upcoming day. She offered me a fast pass for a ride of my choice at the studios but i was not interested. I left the restaurant and came home, i was not, and am still not happy.
