Hi there!
We are planning a trip in February. I'm coming up on my 180 days on August 30. Having never done ADR's before I have a few questions...

1. Is it easier to call or do online?

2. How do you make ADR's for your entire trip (180 +10) online when it only allows that first day?

I'm planning on several ADRs (fingers crossed I get what I want or close to what I want).

Thanks!!

If you have a package booked through Disney staying on grounds, you will be able to book at 180 days and then 10 days following that day. In the past, the online system has acted up but they seem to have put some money into it. I would be at my computer at opening time to make my adr's. I would also have a back up choice for each day. If you don't get what you want, just do like the rest of us and check twice a day for the next 180 days! My 180 days are 3 weeks away!!!

If you have a reservation at a Disney owned hotel (doesn't have to be a package), you can make reservations 180 days from you arrival date, for up to 10 days of your vacation. Online reservations open at 6am eastern, phone line opens at 7am eastern time.

When you sign on on to the website at 180 days the system will recognize this and allow you to book up to 10 days of ADRs.

That is how it is supposed to work. However since Disney rolled out the new website, the ability of it recognizing and allowing +10 booking has been spotty. Some people report success using the "old" website, which is actually the Great Britain site, since it is not yet been converted to the new version. When my 180 days came in June, it would not let me book +10 on any website new or old, so I had to call at 7am. Good news is I still got everything I wanted.

I would start out online since it opens an hour earlier, but be prepared and ready to call if it doesn't work.

I do all ours online, I like to do it myself. Make sure you link your reservation online, so it knows. You can do it thru My Disney Experience at the top right corner of the dining page.

Website can crash or just be pain in butt, I did most of ours online. but called to fine tune times and dates.
