We thought it would be neat to have more breakfast experience this year and try character dining :-)

We booked at Chef Mickey... how about the Princess Storybook Breakfast??

Feedback is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks :cool1:

Seriously, this was one of the best meals we had on Disney property.

The venue is beautiful, you get lots of princess interaction (we had five or six - Mulan, Mary Poppins, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine and Belle, if I recall correctly.)

The food is served family style - they bring skillets of eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes to your table and youserve yourselves. There's a fruit appetizer, juice and wonderful cinnamon rolls, and the coffee is outstanding.

We also did Cindy's Royal Table for lunch and it was awful - I much preferred the Princess B'fast. We'll definitely do it again.

I liked it better than CRT. The princesses took their time with us and was very friendly. The food was great!

We did this breakfast a couple years back and totally enjoyed ourselves! And the children were totally in awe of the princesses! Those breakfast potatoes were to die for! We've already made ADR's for this breakfast for this coming October - going in for round two! :thumbsup2

We had a great time there last year. Great princess time and the meal was a nice simple scrambled egg with some fruit and I do remember a bun or two. Oh and bacon because my tiny 7 year old daughter scarfed it all down- she loved it. I pointed out that in her Belle dress she might get a little greasy and she said that is why they have these guys- and she pointed to the busboys. :rotfl2: So I asked what do you think they do and she said they bring you napkins *whew
I had never been inside that restaurant before and it was really lovely. Great service and the princesses actually chatted.

Hello,

What about the difference between the breakfast and the lunch/dinner? Which one would you choose? We currently have the dinner booked but I'm thinking I might switch it to breakfast...

Any feedback??

Beth :)

I think that the food for breakfast is more traditional "american" fare...ie eggs bacon, etc...where the food for lunch and dinner is more Norwegian food

Glad to hear the great reviews for breakfast. We will be trying it out for the first time in August. We have been to CRT and thought it was just ok for the food but the experience was great.

We were there back in March and really enjoyed it. The food was pretty darn good.
