We went last June and it rained while we were in Stavanger and Bergen. We also had a mild shower in Geiranger, but it was still a wonderful trip. Temperatures averaged in the 50s & 60s -- except when we were in Alesund. There we had a beautiful sunny and warm day. We're going back this June to do the DCL - Northern Europe cruise. We really loved Copenhagen and spent 4 days there last year and will spend 3 days there this year. This year instead of flying SAS we booked with Icelandair, which allows you to stop off in Iceland for 1 - 7 days before continuing your flight to Europe or on your way back home.
Norway is moving to the top of my bucket list as most desired cruise itinerary! Hope to do it in the next couple of years. If Disney's prices come down, I'd love to do it with them!
I wouldn't do Norway without Geiranger. It was the most beautiful part of the trip from sailing into the narrow fjord to Geiranger itself! No idea why DCL cut it in 2018.
