He's lucky to have such a good friend as you! Looks like you're going to have a busy week-end.

We went to see HSM3 and then to dinner(without the SIL). Nice quiet day. Tomorrow we leave for our last lost of the season. It's going to be a bad one! To add to that it's suppose to be raining and cold and since it's not at our stadium we will be sitting in the rain! Fun, fun and more fun.

Have fun in T-town!!!! We'll be watching the game along with you from WDW. Maybe the rain will hold off long enough for the game.

The Lights are on!!!!!!

Debbie ... Hope your friends health improves, and whatever he has/had, I hope he didn't pass it on to you! He is lucky to have you for a friend!

Take care all! Hope you all had a good dinner!

Hope everyone had a good Turkey day :)

Mine went a bit kerflooie. I have a friend who is in the process of moving to his newly purchased house (fortunatel,y only 4 doors away, but it may as well be on the other end of town!). Called him this morning to wish him a Happy Thanksgiving to find out that he was up ALLLLL night sick. So much so that he was even thinking of going to the ER. In the mean time he was having a friend come over and they were going to move stuff this morning. So I end up heading across town, supervise the friend and pack up stuff while he slept.

Well, he came out, I took one look at him and told him we were heading for the ER. Soooooo, I spent about 4 1/2 hours sitting with him in the ER while they pumped fluids and anti-nausea meds into him.

Fortunately, mom had a small turkey in the house so she was able to make dinner for her and dad. I ate when I came home. Tomorrow will be an interesting day, I know that he will not be up to moving, but he has to be out by Saturday! I may send him to a friends house to rest, and I will get some guys to move the big stuff.

Never a dull moment!!!

Debbie

What a wonderful friend you are.

Oh lovely.

We don't go in for outdoor decorations too much over here though it is a growing trend. Unfortunately they aren't usually as tasteful as yours.

We're leaving for the airport in a few hours. Staying over at a hotel and flying tomorrow!!!

Should have internet access for a week or so, so i will be able to keep up with the thread.

Just awake this time... still not sleeping regular hours and it was tough to plan with the holiday and all... I will try to get it turned around this week...

All packed?

Almost!!

Glad you aren't in pain anyway, but yes, you need to get the sleep pattern sorted.

Good morning all! It is a crisp 27 degrees here, can not wait for Thursday! Temps in th 70's are welcomed :)

Long day yesterday, did a bit of Black Friday shopping. Not as much as in years past, but had to get my fix:thumbsup2 Headed to my friends and did alot of cleaning and moving. He was feeling better than the day before so he got some friends and a truck to move him the four houses down the street.

So everything is moved except some odds and ends which he will finish this morning. He did eat a bit, but then he got sick again. So he can sleep in his own house today.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Debbie

Been gone for a couple of days, but finally got caught up on all the posts. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Not all teens are created equal as I don't think any boy could be easier than my Samuel. He's easy-going, good company, a thoroughly nice chap and fifteen years old!!! :goodvibes :cool2: :rotfl2:

Karen, this quote really made me chuckle. Our oldest DD was a fabulous teenager, OR SO WE THOUGHT. Now that she is almost 26, she sometimes shares a bit about her "wild" teenage days. And we had absolutely no idea. She was a straight A student and went to state every year in high school for tennis. And she was, and still is, so easy to get along with. Of course now she says she agreed with everything we said and then went and did what she wanted. Now I am finding out about such things as puking in our bushes one night after her girlfriends all shared a bottle of cherry vodka. :scared:

Morning Kids, well it snowed last night adn the cold adn wind are here today. Will have to do the TM and maybe some Wii fit or something for exercise.

We did get some snowmen and santas to line the walkway, then just this morn I found some penguins in the basement. LOL

Hope all are having safe travels, and are warmer than us.

Debbie you Rock, :worship: you have a heart of Gold, even though you laugh at me and not with me:lmao: :thumbsup2 :goodvibes
