Hi Linda! Wow there are alot of EB TA repo'ers on this cruise! We were thinking of doing the repo to London too, it would have been a tight squeeze with us and school too, but we decided not to since it had alot of ports we had already been to. It sounded fun though! We will just stay a few days before in London or DLP instead

Hey guys, I know we've got the name poll going on but I just wanted to share a little inspiration I had this afternoon when I really should have been thinking of more serious studious matters...

So there I am trying to concentrate on criminology, when the phrase 'Tsars and Stripes' hits me!!! What d'you think? Maybe we could combine it with one of the existing choices, EG: To Russia with Mickey - the Tsars and Stripes Cruise - or something like that...

This will be daughter Jamie's high school graduation present! We are doing back to back and will be on the repositioning from Barcelona to Dover also on June 5th. Hopefully (cross our fingers) Jamie's graduation will be June 2nd so we can fly out on the 3rd to get to Barcelona on the 4th with one day to spare!

Ahoy, mates!

We (DH, DW, DS-14, & DS-12) have booked a back-to-back:

• Barcelona-to-Dover, 5 June
• Northern European Capitals, 12 June

We reserved a "Secret Verandah" Stateroom (Cat 7) + opposite Standard Inside Stateroom (Cat 11). The same pair of cabins we had in the Med 7/07.

In advance, we plan to spend a few days in Barcelona, as that was a highlight of our trip last time.

As before, I will map out itineraries for each port-of-call in picayune detail. I just can't help myself....

BTW -- We also took a 13-day British Isles cruise aboard NCL 7/08. Nice, but we're glad to be back with DCL!

Did anyone notice that the transportation to the port was $165 each?

Just interested where they are pricing the transport from? It certainly sounds a lot to me and we live in Kent only about an hour from Dover so if I can be of any help with information please ask me, only too pleased.

We could not get the same cabin as we had for the PC cruise, but got the same deck beside the laundry....7586

Ahhhhhhh, feels sooo good to know...and we got the 1/2 off promotion for the deposit....

Think I will go get a lottery ticket

I would be interesting to know as sounds very expensive to me and would have assumed it was from either Gatwick airport or somewhere in London perhaps.
Will do a bit of researching myself.

I have a feeling it is from the three London hotels they list on the site...and it is a 2.5 hr drive from London to Dover....or so I have been told...

As Scott already posted, I am sure (I just managed to get on the internet, and I do not have time right now to go back 10 pages to find early this morning!!!), we have booked this cruise, it is also a back to back for us - our first back to back! Because of the cost, we lowered ourselves to cat 10 , but ended up in one of the secret porthole rooms! The CM at DVC did a great job for us! We will be in the same room for both cruises. I will eventually get caught up on this thread and see who else is going with us!!!
