Question for you Concierge cruisers. When can you start booking excursions? Thanks.
One week from today.![]()
So you're going to post all the times for us lowly Silver cruisers!![]()
We are putting together our pre-days in London, and my DW got tickets to Love Never Dies (she's a big Phantom fan--and we're taking out DD9 and DS16; the web site didn't have any warnings about content, so...!). Still waiting for shore excursion times--it will be nice to get all of the pieces of this trip together!
Is anyone here getting vaccines before the cruise? I know the CDC has a whole list of recommended vaccines, but I was just wondering if anyone here was following their recommendations.
I changed my avatar! Connie is Minnie, Chuck is Mickey and Patrick is Donald!
Which shore excursion times are you waiting for? Is it the ones in London?
The company is called Simply Airports. We used them 3 years ago for transfers and were very happy with them. I just wanted to see if these prices were fair.
Many thanks for contacting us again. I presume you need a minivan for the transfers.
1. From Heathrow to SE16 will cost you £57, and £60 if the flight is from T5
2. From the hotel to Dover will cost £120.
3. From Dover to the hotel will also be £120.
4. Return to Heathrow will cost £51 or £54 to T5.
I also posted this on the Baltic thread.
I was looking at hotels and B&B's in Canterbury for our 2 night pre cruise stay. We haven't been there and it's only 16miles from Dover. We also talked about staying near the train station in Dover and taking the train into Canterbury instead. Not sure which way to go.
We'd better get something booked I think! or we'll be camping out.![]()
