Uh, OH! I should have advertised it ahead of time!!!!!
I got lots of birthday wishes and it was a wonderful day!

Patrick was so funny on Monday, he started celebrating my birthday early! We walked into Publix and he spotted these brightly colored daisies...blue, orange, purple, yellow, red! and of course they were on sale, so we bought them, and as we went through the store, he told everyone it was my birthday! Then, when we were in the produce dept, he noticed this HUGE green Tinkerbell balloon! AND it sings! So we got that too!

Oh,my he knows how to celebrate!

And then yesterday my computer crashed! Good thing I have Carbonite, I am downloading all mysaved files now!

Also, for the return trip......what time is DCL saying is the earliest we can reasonably make?

According to the DCL website, June 24 departures from a London airport should be at/after 1 PM local time.

What tour are you taking, Gydell? Is it with an independent tour company? Do they procure the visas for you?

They got great reviews on Cruise Critic and Tripadvisor. They do everything for you. All tours are private for you and your group. There are 5 of us and we will have a mini van and the cost is around $350USD per person. If you want the itinerary they made for us then I can send it to you.

Someone a page or so back asked about how much DCL transfers were from the airport to the port. My TA called and they are $85 per person one way. Which is really not all that bad. Since we are staying at an airport hotel, it works out well.

So how many days before the cruise are you staying in London? We are talking about whether to stay a few days in England before or after the cruise.

So what's the count, everyone?

Who is staying BEFORE?
Who is staying AFTER?

I tink we are staying one day before and a couple of days after. Unless we meet up with friends before.

My B2B2B plans so far: The airfare is paid, the hotels are reserved, the cruises are essentially paid for (waiting on my summer check), now I just have to arrange transfers (airport-hotel-port) in Barcelona and the reverse in London, then I can start working on the excursions. Boy, I hope the exchange rates improve.

Nothing to do with this cruise but I know that I can book Palo's 90 days out but at what time? I can't remember if it is 12am or 3am eastern time.
