I had a c-section with my first as she was trying to come hiney-first. I was happy with the c-section as I was 18 and terrified as it was. My second son my doctor pretty much said I had no choice, I had to try natural first. I begged for another c-section. Well I ended up being induced, then that took too quick so they couldn't give me any pain relief. I ended up in the tub and didn't want to get out- took 3 or 4 nurses to drag me out of the tub! Got back to the bed and they had to vacuum him out on top of it all. 
I kicked the doctor in the arm and told him to get the "F" away from me when he made his first attempt 
It all turned out ok, and in fact I had my third natural with something to ease the pain!
