It's been snowing for 24 hours now! Make It Stop!!!
School cancelled. Kids made snow castel. Watched movie(Just My Luck starring Lindsey Lohan) Made cookies. Now on Disboards. Nice day concidering the snow. Tomarrow not so nice will be at work. Monday another snow storm on the way.

Disney.com informs me that we are 44 days away from our vacation. It's our first with twins who'll turn five in two weeks. AKL, 5 nights, sounds good right about now.

It's a surprise just until their birthday. OT, but does anyone have a good idea for a countdown calendar or something else I could use as a wrapped present to tell them about the trip?

we have a wake in the Bronx on Sunday and the funeral Monday morning...
I am not looking forward to driving from NJ to the Bronx in that storm

My Dh, my son and my nephew are on a boy scout camping trip this weekend.
I'm not a happy mommy! I told them if it gets too bad they need to leave immediately!! Hopefully they'll listen! It's just me and the girls here. We have some cookie dough waiting for us in the fridge

I'm supposed to go to the dentist on Sunday and I hope it doesn't get cancelled because I've been waiting 8 weeks for an appointment. I have a big cavity (I think) at the gumline on a molar. Who knows what else he'll find. We're also supposed to go to a birthday party.

Wilderness Lodge August 31 - Sept 8 (trying to get the 9th also) I have all of my ADR's but I'm afraid that if I'm stuck inside this week-end I'll keep changing them. I don't drink wine but I'll join you in a toast with diet soda.

We're in northeast Ohio, its cold here but nothing big on line but the wine thing is a plan. Few days ago booked our 2007 trip, 10 nights Wilderness Lodge on September 7th. Guess we'll do alittle planning, food style, go over the packing list and start gathering some info for a few new novels to take along. And of course sip alittle more wine.

Yes, he's Jewish. He isn't in on Friday or Saturday, so I'm lucky he's in on Sunday mornings because during the week he closes too early for me to get there, and the 1 day he is open late, my DH works. He's a great dentist, even though my dental insurance, which is lousy anyway, doesn't cover him and I have to pay out of pocket. I have my fingers crossed that what I think is a cavity is a stain from all the coffee I drink, but I doubt it. LOL

I'm soooo disappointed about the storm. So much for the Red Sox game me and my best friend were gonna go to tomorrow I guess some scrapbooking and Disney planning will take place. We leave for the world in 29 days

I have HAD IT with this weather in New England. It probaby wouldn't have been bad if we didn't have those couple of 70 degree days last month. The last 2 storms we didn't even shovel or snow blow the driveway, we just drove over the pile of snow to get in the garage because we knew it would be melted in 2 days. I'm so sick of this weather.
