Nordic Track classic pro skier

I know these have been around forever. Does anyone have one and if so do you like it? I ordered a bike and it still hasn't shipped. Thinking of switching and ordering one of these.

I had one years ago. It was an okay machine, nothing special. Just my personal opinion. It is very easy on your joints, just in case you have any knee problems. Mine was origionally purchased for my exDH to use after he had knee surgery.

If I were to go out and buy a piece of equipment, I would probably go for an elliptical machine.

I use to love my Nordic Track skier!!! That thing helped me lose all my baby weight after I had both of my kids. I did end up getting rid of it when we moved and bought a treadmill instead (which I do use but I just don't enjoy as much) I have been thinking about getting another skier one of these days.

Had one and not really like it. Very limiting on what you can do (also had a treadmill) TM broke so we got rid of both and got an ellipical with auto up and down. LOVE it! Can change programs and Dh will never get bored of the programs.

Thanks everyone. I have a nice Nordic Track elliptical and I love it. When we moved into our new house it wouldn't fit through the door to the basement so it is in the garage. I don't mind using out there except through these cold few months of Maine's winter. I want to buy something a bit different to mix it up.

How about a Bowflex???? We love ours. We also have a treadmill and an Ab Lounge.

I just found a used Nordic Track for $75 and have decided to give it a try. Maybe I can find a good deal on a used Bowflex too as that has also been on my wish list.
