I was in and out but here goes:
George is narrating the opening about karma, and how it can bite you in the A**......
show opens with George and Meridith giving each other guilty "I can't look you in the eye" glances at home ( just as Izzy and Alex pop out of Izzy's room at M's house in the A.M.after Alex spends the night) and the locker room/hospital etc. George is pretty much sulking through his day.
The rest of the gang notices and asks what's going on between the two. Both M and G dodge the questions saying nothing...which in turn means "something" the all the others.
Alex get jealous over a returning heart patient that Izzy likes...Izzy is all wrapped up in his care, going over the top to make sure she is available at all times etc.
McDreamy and Addison are still off balcance, Addison is trying to deal with pay back for all she has done to Derek...trying to move on...but we all know he "just not that into her"
Addison walks Meredith's dog, and contacks poison oak in the process... this comes out a little buit later in the show.
Jump back t G and M...M is hidong out from G and Alex walks in and lays it o the line...saying, "so you slept with the guy...so what? It's what yo do...you make bad decisions and sleep with the wrong guys..." M says..how did you know I slept w/ G? Did he tell you!?!?" ( dear in headlight look on her face)
Alex looks semi surprised and responds something like, no but you just did...
George over hears end of converstaion, freaks that M told Alex...over-reacts, suddenly everyone is around in a stairwell as M is trying to tell G about the conversation, when her blurts out the preview scene..."you told Everyone?" Then G falls down the stairs and dislocates his shoulder.
Throughout this, Addison is being trated by The Nzazi, who has come to take her husband home...and since she is on maternity leave, "technically" she is not there, helping Addison deal with her poison oak as it is in a pretty personal place...she contacted it while using the woods to go to the bathroom...and you guessed it, Karma gets her.
Not sure if this is complete enough of the first 1/ 2 hour...but it was a pretty good episode.
