Nook Deal? Not color or tablet though....

Hi all,

I'm looking for the "original" Nook or the Simple Touch Nook for my nephew who is an avid reader. I'm trying to find the best price....which so far has been right at $80. Has anyone found it any cheaper?

Target has it for $99 with a $30 gift card. That is the best I've seen in the stores.
Try eBay. They (B&N) sells the refurbished ones on there and they are normally very reasonably priced. Bought an original 3G one last year about this time for $99. They come with a full warranty too.

Staples will have the Simple Touch on BF with a GC. I think $20. That's about the best price I've seen without some manipulation. If you are buying from B&N they are having a buy $100 GC get a $10 GC deal so you could save a little extra that way.

Fwiw, I bought the Nook tablet last week for dd14. She has a gen 1 nook already. When I paid atB&N and used my membership card I received 10% off. Saved me $25
