Okay so I'll be in down for my bday next week. I have a tradition of eating noodles on on my birthday (long noodles, long life). :) I've scoured menu databases TRYING to find a place that has either spaghetti type or asian noodles. Penne doesn't cut it for me since they're not "long". Any suggestions in/around/near the resort? I don't have any hard plans of being at the parks this trip, except for Fantasmic Sunday night, but it's not on my bday, so no worries. Thanks!

There is a good udon noodle soup at Yamabuki. I think they have some other noodle dishes too.

Didn't someone say something about spaghetti at Storytellers? I guess I'm not sure about the length of the noodle but they called it spaghetti so I'm assuming they are long noodles.

Btw, try looking at allears.net (there is a link to the DLR section of that site at the bottom of the page). Their menus are more complete than the ones on the menu database here.

I recommend going to a restaurant called the Buca Di Beppo. It isn't far from the Disneyland entrance on Harbor Street. They have HUGE portions of food, and excellent spaghetti! I'm sure you can find a menu online for prices.

Rice noodles with marinara or tomato basil sauce are a gluten free option at Redd Rockets Pizza Port.

Goofy's Kitchen has gluten free spaghetti also.

Trattoria in DCA has gluten free and regular pasta also.

I would suggest Catal on DTD they have very yummy Italian food or Yamabuki which also has yummy food!!

I had the pasta at Storytellers (though it was a long time ago) it was more like penne and I thought pretty icky tasting. Others also disagree with me but I thought Naples was not so good either.

I have to say what a fun tradition!!!!

I so hear you. That blast of winter a few days ago was really unpleasant for me.

Love Marysville. We like shopping at the Target and factory outlets there. We'll be passing by on our way to Seatac on Friday afternoon to fly into LGB. Checking into a Garden Grove hotel too.

For noodles, go to PF Changs. Also Cheesecake Factory would have noodles/pasta. Both are located at the Anaheim Garden Plaza.

The Pastalaya at RFC is good! It's a bit spicy tho so be aware. Cheesecake Factory in the Garden Walk and PF Changs in the Garden Walk would be good choices too. Happy bday! Enjoy your trip! :)

thanks everyone! as much as i love pf changs and cheesecake factory, i can get that here. oooer, that rainforest cafe item looks awesome! i think i'll try to get hun and i late lunch there!

my bday is monday. watch me elbow my way to get my bday button/sticker/thing at city hall. hun said we should go to ariel's for the princesses since belle is my fave, but i nixed that. i doubt i can make a ps since this is kind of a spur of the moment thing.
