I'm new on this board, and just came in here to introduce myself.
My name is victoria, i'm 20 years old and i'm about to go on my 6th trip to WDW. I absolutely adore every thing about the place. I love the fact that as soon as you step in the park you can feel the magic in the atmosphere.

When i was a little kid, my family was pretty poor, but my mom would put me to bed at night by telling me 'our future Disney story'. I remember something about it starting out with a round round up and down, Tori rides the Horses. She talked about waking up real early in the morning so that we could go see the bushes shaped like animals. Then, in 1996 i got to take my first trip. I was hooked from the second i got there. We drove down after school, and got there early the next morning. (it was a long drive, as we live in the Peoria area of IL.)

My next trip was in 1999, we always went the week after thanksgiving.
Then my mum and i went on our own in 2003.
My next trip was in 2005 and my mom let me bring my best friend with me.
My last trip was in 2006, that was the first time we went to MNSSHP. I cant wait to go back again this year.

Hi Victoria ,
I am new too. My name is Marcela and my husband, son 14, and daughter 8, are going to WDW for the first time in 10 days. Let me take that back. We have been to MK three times and twice to Universal Studios. We have never stayed at any of the resorts, nor visited any of the other parks. My daughter and I are soooooooo excited, the men are just sooo excited. We are on the DxDP, so the guys are really looking forward to the food. What can I say? I have made all of the different reservations at the different restaurants, but I seek the whole Disney experience, not just the dining. So, I must say that I share your excitement about visiting WDW.
I hope that you get to go soon too.

I leave on the 31st of October. i'm sooooooooo excited, too. Are you and your family going to go to the MNSSHP? My mum, brother and sister and law, and i are all going to dress up. I'm going as Aurora(only because my dress is pink. it was my prom dress and i figured i may as well get some use out of it.) my mum is going as Belle, My sis in law as ariel and my bro, danny, is going to be darth vader. hehe.

I'm excited for you. I remember my first time and it was absolutely amazing. I was the same age as your daughter the first time i went, too. Though, i will admit, at that age i didn't much care for Epcot, though i don't think they had as many rides. I was just bored with the whole different country thing then. Now i like, it though. We're getting the free dining thing. We're going to eat at the Coral reef for the first time. Is your family going to go to the Hoop Dee Doo? Which resort are you staying at? I've been to Fort Wilderness, All Star Music, and this year i'm going to stay at the Pop. Out of the two we stayed at before, i must say that i liked Fort Wilderness best. It just feels like a second home. Its absolutely lovely. Though, All Star was good, too. I think no matter where you stay at Disney, it will still feel magical.

Hi there again,

No unfortunately we are not going to the MNSSHP. We have spent soooooo much money already, and it is pretty expensive for 4 people. We are doing the water parks and Disney Quest, and we also splurged and got the DxDP.
We are staying at the Caribean Beach Resort. Our friends stayed there last year, and liked it a lot. We are also eating at the Coral Reef, I checked out all of the menus where we have ADRs and it's making my mouth water. I am not sure if my daughter will like Epcot, I hope so, but we are a worldly family we have travelled to Europe twice in the past 3 years to visit family (I was born and raised in the Czech Republic), and the kids just loved it. Got to go pick up DS from soccer practice. TTFN
