Non-smoking?

Has anyone had a problem getting non-smoking rooms? Is there anyway to insure that you get a non-smoking room? My wife has respiratory problems and smoke and the smell of smoke really cause her problems. I told the agent on the phone this and she said she would note it in the system. Does that mean I have a non-smoking room for sure or just that I would like a non-smoking room? We are staying at the RPS June 2-7. I booked with the ent. rate.

I've rarely had a problem getting a non-smoking room.

Call guest services at the hotel. They will make sure that you are reserved for a non-smoking room. I did this is December for the RPH and the girl was more than helpful!
