Almost all the designers have some designs that are not personalized. Your best bet would be to have a look around. When you see something you like, feel free to save it and use it.
Natalie (donatalie) has lots of designs that are not personalized. (She isn't personalizing her designs right now but that is perfect for you.) Find any post she has posted in and click on either her 4shared or Photobucket account links in her signature.
Be sure to click on the images in Photobucket and 4 shared until the design is full size before saving. If you save the thumbnail and then try to enlarge, the image will be blurry.
