Non park stay

I have booked a two night stay at AOA LM room in February at the end of our trip to Clearwater for a week...I just had to stay here as my youngest DD loves Ariel. I am trying to make it a non park stay and just wondered if anyone had ideas for what to do instead. Girls will be 4, 5 and baby 9 months old.
I am tempted to do MK one day and try BOG restaurant....but we are planning a big go all out trip in October so really should stick with no park days.
Ideas I had
-water park but not sure how warm it will be March 2,3 are our dates
-downtown disney
-mini golf
-enjoy resort
-check out AKL as I am dying to stay there!!!
-check out Boardwalk
-watch water electrical parade maybe

What does everyone think??

I would resort hop and check out what the others have to offer. Mini-golf at Disney is fun too. And as you said..there is DTD. Have fun!

Take a monrail ride around each hotel on the monorail then get off at each hotel. Then check out each hotel. on the stop at the GF maybe have a high tea and listen to their live music. We spend a whole day doing this and enjoy it.

Sleep late. I would hop the bus to MK. Then monorail over to CR. Walk around the resort. Take the boat over to FW for a lunch at Trails End. Take the kids on a Pony ride and visit the horse stables and "petting zoo". Then I'd hop the boat back to the CR. Monorail through the Poly and GF, possibly getting off and exploring each resort. Ending the monorail at MK and hop the bus back to my resort. Have a nice afternoon swim and nap/rest. Change for dinner. Hop the bus to AK, then bus to AKL for dinner (Boma, or even Mara food court). Explore the resort and view the animals with the night finder binoculars (if dark enough) or just view the animals. Bus back to resort (with a transfer at whatever park is open.)
