Non-park place to watch Wishes fireworks??

Hi
we will be in Disney World for a one night stay precruise on the Wonder. We are planning to spend the afternoon and evening visiting the different resorts. What resort and location would give us a good viewing of the Wishes fireworks that evening at 7PM?? On one visit we went up to the top of the Contemporary resort but understand that is not allowed anymore?? Thanks for helping share the magic!

There are viewing levels on the 4th and 15th floors of the contemp I think.

Also the boat dock at the GF is a primo spot too.

We were just there last week, and watched the fireworks from O'hanas. We had an awesome meal (asked for a window seat), and then they lowered the lights and piped in the music! For a cheaper alternative, you could do a quicker meal at Kona Cafe, and then head out to the beach to watch. They will not let you into the Poly, though, unless you are on the list for Priority Seating. Good Luck, have fun!
