We will be at the Poly soon, staying CL. We try to avoid HFCS for my youngest when at all possible (for all of my kids really, but esp for youngest.)

The soda will occasionally purchase in our area is not sold in the Orlando area. Has anyone ever had IPO get non HFCS soda for anyone in their party? I plan on emailing them, but would like to know if anyone here has the names of some soda sold in that area first before I send the email. thanks.

I'm assuming diet soda is not an option....?

That might be the option I choose. We don't drink much soda at all but if he asks for one or two over the course of a week while we are in the lounge I want to know ahead of time what my options are.

Thanks

What about flavored club soda? Up here we have a brand called Polar; it comes in a variety of fruit flavors - orange, lemon, lime, raspberry, peach, wild berry - as well as, if you're lucky, vanilla.

I know coke zero is offered at some places which does not have HFCS and minute maid light, one of those two options will be offered at nearly ever place you go. Disney uses soley coca-cola products if that helps at all. Additionally, unsweetened ice tea is also offered. Good luck!

I've noticed there's a Whole Foods in the area. Perhaps you could call them, see the options they have? Not sure if the grocery-buying places will go to WF, but if you don't have time/can't get over there, it might be good to have in the room, even if you can't get it at the parks or CL.

In addition, Costco, at least out here, sells glass bottles of Mexican-bottled Coke, and they use cane sugar. It's absolutely the Coke of my childhood up until New Coke and then "Classic" Coke (which is when they changed from normal sugar to HFCS) and it's delicious. Doesn't cause the same blood sugar spike in DH, and doesn't make my son turn into a dragon, either. (neither of them can have anything based on corn syrup)

Not sure if the grocery-buying places will go to WF,
We Go Shop will go to any one store the customer requests; Garden Grocer will likely have a solution as well.

thanks everyone for the good advice!
