non expiring options not showing in MDE

Had an eight day ticket with one park day and 7 waterpark and other options. We used the one park day and the ticket has fallen off my MDE account even though there are 7 non expiring waterpark and other tickets. Doe anyone no how they handle these options on your MDE account. Will they be accepted even though not visible in the MDE account? Thanks
