Thought people might be interested in non-ebci, 24 hour prior boarding passes on Easter Sunday.
I checked in on Saturday, right at 24 hours prior to our flight from the computer at EPCOT customer relations. They have a little room with a computer, printer, couch and chair. We got B17-20. Our flight was completely sold out.
There was a long line of family boarders that got on before us. When we got on there was a bunch of single seats so we headed to the back. The last 3 rows of seats were the only ones empty. We sat 2 in front of 2.
The plane was actually overbooked by 4 people and a family of 4 didn't have boarding passes. They were offering to fly people to Ft Lauderdale for the night and then home the next day from there. Someone must have taken them up on the offer because the family got on and then they spent about 20 minutes trying to get 3 seats together so the mom could sit with the two kids (about 6 yo and child in a car seat). It was very frustrating to have everyone boarded and then have to listen to repeated announcements for people to offer to move their seats so the family could sit together. I understand why they needed to but we really just wanted to get going and get home.
The flight itself was great and we got home on time.
