Non-DVC member, how does this work?

Maybe someone can point me in the right direction....can I, as a non-DVC member rent from someone who IS a DVC member?

Can someone explain the process to me or give me a link to something that will explain?

Go over to the Rent/Trade Board and read all the sticky threads at the top of the page. Once you have decided on a time and place, look through the Points for Rent threads and contact a member who has points for rent. And go from there.
