Skiqt323, I don't see why not. You would probably book an Escape Wedding, that way you would get your ceremony & cake-cutting as part of the FTW organization. Then you would contact the Swan/Dolphin and book the reception directly. (Note: I don't think Disney can book a reception at those resorts since they're non-Disney owned hotels, but if you were in the Wishes Wedding category, I would certainly ask since you never know what Disney's answer will be until you ask them the question.)
