Hey everyone - I remember a bunch of people asking about outside venues to get married... and most of us pointed them in the direction of the S&D. I found this place too, in case anyone was interested: Leu Gardens

That's where I'm having my ceremony 01/15/09!! :goodvibes

I'm working with Michele at OrlandoWeddings. She ROCKS!

Other places I looked into are:

We are still looking into either Disney or the Marriott World Center....we are undecided...I wish I could find other brides who got married at the Marriott to hear what they have to say about it. I've been there tons of times, but never for a wedding so I'm clueless in that area. We just have pros and cons to each of them...ugh I wish I could make a decision.

Does anyone know if there is anywhere that can do a vow renewal ceremony all in, including minister, but to a realistic budget. I'd love to surprise the wife when we come over in December, but Disney renewals are so expensive that I'd have to stay in for the the rest of the holiday.

Any help would be welcome, thanks.

Well, if you book an officiant (generally anywhere from $75-300), you can do a vow renewal anywhere off Disney property (you could try it in your hotel room, but that would require some sneaking). Most parks and beaches are considered public, so you don't need to rent the space. That is the cheapest way I can think to do it!

Wish I saw this thread before we booked DFTW. ... :rotfl: I'm happy, just broke. :rotfl2:

Wow! You're quite a catch! I wish my hubby would think to surprise me with something like that!

I'm not sure what you were thinking of as far as budget, but I thought Rev Tim was pretty reasonable. www.orlandoweddinglocations.com

For $1100, we are having the VR in Leu Gardens with wedding flowers for me and DH and photography is included. If you don't think she'll care about photography, you could probably do it cheaper, but for me it was a big deal.

Good luck!
