Non-Disney Gift card ... ideas?

I have some gift money - not much - at Amazon, and I'm thinking of buying a gift card that I can use on my upcoming trip. I can't get a Disney gift card through Amazon (as far as I can tell) so I'm thinking a card to use for snacks/lunch/dinner. If I was still drinking coffee I'd go for a Starbucks card, and while I may still do that, I'm trying to figure out if there is a better choice.

I'm thinking since I have to buy through Amazon it would have to be for a chain, and I'm not sure what DTD restaurants are part of chains (and then I have to check if that chain has a gift card on Amazon).

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
(and yes, in exactly five weeks I'll be in Disneyland!)

jamba juice, amc theaters (i believe you can purchase concessions without a movie), rainforest cafe, earl of sandwich, wetzel's pretzels (i think that's what it's called)
panera, cheesecake factory, ihop, and denny's aren't in dtd, but they are close by.

KMart - use to purchase Disney (may or may not work)
Denny's
Panera Bread (I pretty sure there is one on Harbor or nearby)
IHOP
Cold Stone
Rainforest Cafe/Landry's
Build-a-bear
Ghirardeli

Thank you! I was just looking at Landry's (besides Rainforest it looks like Bubba Gumps and McCormick and Schmick's aren't that far away); Panera is a possibility - and OMG I can get Ghirardelli .... wow, really need to figure what to do!

Thanks for the help:stitch:

Edited to add: Does anyone know if I can use a Ghirardelli gift card at the Ghirardelli in DCA?

Mimi's and California Pizza Kitchen. We buy gift cards for our trips when we can get 4x fuel points.

What do you mean by gift money? If it's an Amazon gift card or a credit, you won't be able to purchase a gift card with it.

You actually CAN get gift cards with Amazon gift cards. I got a Southwest card and an Outback card. I think you cannot get ecards with a gift card but you can get a physical card.
Amazon does not have any cards you can use at DtD except Starbucks, and Landry's - I looked for some to use on our Oct trip. They do have Red Robin, Panera, Ihop, Cold Stone, and Outback which are close by.

Interesting, I wasn't able to when I tried a while ago. Also, I found this on their website: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201138990.

I just used the Amazon gift money/card (from doing a survey) and a visa gift card (it was from a rebate) and bought the Ghirardelli gift card; it seems to have went through, but I'll let everyone know if there is a problem.

Not really part of my original question/thread, but I didn't realize that the online Disney store lets you use PayPal to pay; I've been doing some odd jobs online and I've been paid into my PayPal account. I'm hoping I can use that money to pay for a Disney gift card.

Or maybe you could buy a Visa gift card and use that everywhere.
I could, except that Visa cards always have an upcharge. I may get the Visa just for the flexibility, but as I've been doing odd jobs to save up for my solo trip, I'd rather not spend even that little extra to get the Visa.

I've been able to use an Amazon gift card for e-gift cards. I just did it last week---someone sent me an e-gift card for Amazon, which I then used to buy an e-gift card for Sephora. Which is not related to DL, but there is a Sephora in DTD. :)

Amazon changed their policy a while ago allowing gc-gc purchases.... which I loved since I used my amazon gc balance to pay for a year of prime.....
