Non-disney dress up

I just heard that my mother cousin and 5 year daughter will be at disneyland Paris during halloween season form 13th-17th October 2014 the same days as us my mother cousin daughter will dress up as an disney princess during one days there at disneyland Paris but rest of the days she will dress up as non-disney character will she be able to dress up as non-disney character to visit disneyland park and walt disney studios and eat at restaurants in both parks and at disneyland hotel.

Yes, there'll be no problem with a 5 year old dressing up, either as a Disney princess or a non-Disney character.
