Non-Disney Disney music...

I'm a sucker for Disney theme park music. I love the Epcot FW music the most, but there are just so many pieces of area music that are great it makes it hard to choose. As much as I could listen to them most every day, I try not to burn out on them. So, I look for non-Disney Disney music. For instance, the soundtrack to "Blade Runner" has a distinct Epcot feel to it. An album of soft mandolin and acoustic guitar music called "Tone Poems" reminds me of the music played outside of the Yacht and Beach Club. The collection I have isn't extensive though.

So, I was wondering if others out there had music they liked because of its similarity to Disney theme park music and if so, what is it?

The "lobby music" for Wilderness Lodge features a lot of "wide open spaces" and "frontier" kind of music.
The "queue music" for Soarin' is an amazing mix of grand "flying-type" themes from many film soundtracks.

You can do google searches for "Disney World area music" and "Disneyland area music" (and similar) to find lists of these and other melodies, themes and medleys used at the various venues.

I think a lot of video game music would fit what you're looking for. Imo tracks like the one below can be mellow and modern like a lot of the ambient disney parks music.

They play the Harry Potter theme on the bus to/from DHS if that's what you mean...
