Non-Chain Breakfast Near Disney World

Does anyone know of a non-chain restaurant near Disney World (preferably accessible from I-4) that serves breakfast? We have road trip rules that state we cannot eat a chain restaurant while on vacation and need somewhere to stop before we roll into Disney World.

Haven't been here, but the menu sounds delicious. We will be going there in April. It is a chain, but I never heard about them.

Wow, I live near the First Watch in Sunrise, FL and I never realized it was a chain. I'm disappointed. DH and I try to patronize independent and local small businesses as much as possible, so we need to find another go-to breakfast place.
