noise level on Deck 5 and 6 on Magic

trying to plan cruise for 2017 and TA mentioned decks 5 and 6. Just wondering noise level on those decks. Any other pluses or minuses would be helpful too

we have been on deck 6 and had no noise issues. it was a great place in my opinion. we were in 6016.

Deck 5 aft is our favorite spot for staterooms. Never had a noise issue.

We've been on deck 6 and will be staying again on deck 6 on the Magic. We love it as it was easy to walk to the top decks and also to the main decks below.

I won't say no noise, because there are the times kids come barreling down the hallways running and yelling, but nothing more than really.

Deck 6 between forward and mid is my favorite spot on the Wonder (Magics sister ship). Very quiet, easy access to kids clubs, atrium, restaurants, and not too far a walk to the pool deck (we avoid elevators lol).

Look at the deck plan for your ship and see what is above or below you.
You want cabins not restaurants, theaters or the pool deck.

Sometimes you can hear the rehearsals in the Walt Disney Theater on deck 5 forward, but it was not terribly disturbing. It didn't last long.

We just stayed in 6506 which is a secret porthole room. No noise whatsoever.
