No Wishes Feb 7, 9,and 10?

The official Disney site is not showing Wishes fireworks for Mon., Wed. and Thur. (Feb. 7, 9, and 10), but the DIS February hours do show Wishes on those evenings. Who is right?

The official Disney site is sometimes slow to update I find, so I'm hopeful the DIS is right, but my guess is the official site is correct. If no wishes, they must be expecting low attendance???

I've decided not to expect any of my plans to be set in stone until the official schedule is released for that week (on Sunday the 6th) though. LOL

i just called disney & they said there is wishes scheduled for the entire month of february. it's just the times that are different. she said she will email her it department to let them know that the schedule needs updating!

Their site is now showing Spectro for the 10th, but no Wishes. There WAS a Spectro scheduled for the 10th, but then it was removed and replaced with Wishes, now it's back and Wishes is gone.

Thanks! Why is it that Disney can't seem to be able to keep their own information straight and up to date?! AllEars is incorrect also. They don't have February's entertainment listed, but they are showing a 7:00 closing on the 7th, which wouldn't be correct if Spectro is at 7 and Wishes at 8.

I think for the first few months that you are going to see changes or it may be that way forever. I am sure they are adjusting the schedule based on occupancy, conventions, etc.

That I understand, but the schedule of Spectro and Wishes was changed a couple of days ago at least...the Spectro on the 10th was removed and Wishes was added to every night. Their site is wrong right now. If we can have the correct info here on the DIS, they should be able to have the correct info posted on their site, KWIM? Unless it's been changed BACK to the way it was last week...Spectro on the 7th and 10th, and no Wishes every night.

Feb. 3 is our planned MK day and in the past week three separate CMs have confirmed Wishes every night in February but Spectro has been removed from the schedule for that night. Who knows what it will be next week!

Hi Jennifer! We're having an early dinner at California Grill and then going over to get a spot. I've seen Spectro and Wishes before but the others haven't so I hope they show both that night. If you see a Pooh sized lady with three seniors (2 male, 1 female) on ECV's that'll be us, say Hi!

Unless there is a special event (holidays, grad nite, corporate functions, etc.), Wishes is scheduled every night. On the few nights during the year that wishes is not shown, there would normally be something like a special showing of fantasy in the sky, or perimeter fireworks (where they are launched from the islands as well as the "usual" locations)

Do they usually have Wishes and Spectro on the same night? I thought it was one or the other. We planned to go 2 days to MK, on Sunday 2/6 and see Wishes and Thursday 2/10 to see Spectro. Now I guess my plans will be changing. Is there no Spectro on 2/10 anymore?? Are they expecting big crowds for Monday 2/7?? Wanted to buy MYW pass and did'nt think we needed hopper option, but we might now. Changing to MK on Monday would totally mess up my itinerary and PS. Is Spectro worth paying $35 x 4 to see?
Please someone tell me Spectro is still on 2/10!!!

FIRENURSE - I'm thinking that due to the Superbowl that WDW is assuming crowds will be big on Monday. Also, the Superbowl MVP usually rides in the parade in MK the day after the bowl. This may cause an increase in attendence.

Thanks! We have PS at Califrornia Grille for Thur. Feb 10. I was hoping we could see Wishes from the roof. It's a great view and a great meal if you haven't tried CG.

Well, if they are adding Wishes at 8pm on the 7th, can I assume that means the park (meaning the "adventures") will be open until at least 8pm?

I had given up trying to work Wishes into my schedule, and since I am scheduled for KTTK on the 7th, then sticking around to watch Spectromagic, that would be great.

I have not been to the Magic Kingdom since 1995, so Spectromagic is new to me, I still have fond meories of the Main Street Electrical Parade.

Coasterville, I would think the rides would be open until 8 if Wishes is at 8. Spectromagic is really nice. I don't really remember the Electric Light Parade that well so I can't really compare.

MK always has a fireworks show--even on nights that they have spectro. Sometimes they even have spectro twice with wishes in the middle (depending on the anticipated crowds.). Coasterville--8pm wishes, 8pm close. The reason for the changes in times, etc. is the change in emh.
