No Wdw For Us.

After 6 years and 12 trips to WDW we won't be going to WDW this year. Instead we will be going to Grand Canyon,Las Vegas. Does anyone go else where on Vac beside WDW? Yesterday my 12 year old Daughter ask me why we will not be going to WDW this summer. Of coarse the Travel channel has been talking about WDW this week, does not help... NO WDW FOR US.....THANKS..... PS-Hope to make it back to WDW next year??????

We do. I gave my daughter the choice vote of a Disney cruise or hawaii--at the time she didn't understand cruises so she picked Hawaii. Now she kind of knows what cruises are and wants to go. I remind her that we picked Hawaii and she's happy with that decision.

We "vacation" every 2-3 years...we do small getaways in the interim. Our getaway of choice is typically Disney when we have seasonal passes or AP's.

Disney will always be there. Have fun exploring the rest of the world.
