No wbta 2013

I am pretty sure Bruce and I will be on the WBTA :-). I will plan linked Dining and Pub Crawl again when we confirm the dates and everything :-)

We look forward to joining the pub crawl this time and sharing a larger table with like minded folk

To reply to more than one post you simply click the multiquote button (the one with the speech marks, next to the quote button in the bottom right corner) do this on each post you want to reply to then click the quote button and it will bring them all up in one go & you can see where one message starts & ends, then type your reply to each one and post in the usual way. Hope this helps. :goodvibes

I hope you come as we would love to join the pub crawl this time and share a table too.

We really enjoyed the friendship of 'our gang' onboard and look forward to being together again.:dance3:

Sailing from Venice (hopefully) is there a Hard Rock Cafe there for the pre-cruise meet!!!!:wizard:

There is a Hard Rock Cafe but I also know a fabulous little bar called Bacaro Jazz where I am sure we could meet up ... only problem is either one might be a bit small for all the cruisers.

Claire.......we're tentatively tossing our hat into the ring! I've been whining about how I"ve been reading everyone's comments, and I was feeling so sad we weren't going on the "possible" WBTA in 2013. DH said there were other things we could do at those ports.......so we decided to keep an open mind about going. I think I wore him down....or else he wanted to shut me up....doesn't matter to me as long as we will look into it.:banana: So.....add us to the roster Claire!:yay:

Got it. So glad you guys are in. :cool1:

Pinky 166 - sent you a PM.

If this really happens, we're there!

Got it & will add you to the list. :welcome:

Very true!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

::yes::

I have no clue. I should PM Monica as we are on the list for late dining.

Karen. They struggled when we tried to take pictures with Mickey as you cannot advertise " the beer product" with Mickey. We still got a pic with it though:-)

Dan

Yes Karen the boys had to stand with their arms folded across their chests to hide the beer glass on their t shirt, before they could have a photo taken with mickey... it looked so funny
Of course by then they sunk a few beers !!!

Hi all
Kind of off topic but with the announcement being so close I am now trying to decide on stateroom and category. Would you all mind giving me some imput on your past TA? What cabin did you have? What deck? and pros and cons :)
Looking at OCV and inside staterooms. Thanks

We have had staterooms 6003 and 6319 on WBTA .. must admt I really prefer the sideways layout so I will be looking to book a sideways one again ...love Deck 6 forward ... a quick hop up to the deck and a quick hop down to the theatre / Beat St

We ended up in cabin 8043, a balcony cabin, which was a wonderful cabin except for one thing which ended up disturbing our sleep, and that was we could here the scrapping of chairs from deck 9 above (the table and chairs are around the outside ). so it maybe a better idea to be inbetween passenger decks. It's funny because the higher up you go the more you pay, but that doesn't nean it's better !!

I was in a cat 10 on deck 2 (2083). I've been on deck 2 for three of my four cruises. Never had a problem. I can't take stairs so I had to rely on the elevators to get up to deck 9, but otherwise love the location.

I'm booking the lowest available cat available as well as early dining. Had a porthole at my table (31) so it was nice to be able to look out during dinner. My tablemates and I kept looking for whales, dophins, ships, etc. Ships were the only things we ever saw though :rotfl:.

Anyone else planning early dining?

Yes, we are late dining too. Hopefully the Thieves (& honorary ones, like myself) will be seated together... :goodvibes

I had #7086 on 2010 WBTA & loved it!!! Think it was a Cat 5 but I booked/paid for a Cat 7 & got upgraded - touch!!! I LOVED that veranda for my quiet 'alone' time (I sailed solo) so will be looking to book the same sort of stateroom on the next WBTA...:goodvibes
