Consider it sent My DH is going the "low carb" route as I am doing NS - needless to say, he is losing faster than I, and his omlets sure are more appealing for breakfast than the NS breakfasts are. I just really enjoy fruit and veggies, so NS with the added fruits, etc. is fine for me.

Slow and steady wins the race...lol.
