I live in the Cayman Islands but have a US mailing Adress, could someone send me the coupon, like everyone else i been wanting to try it for a while but have been a bit wooried it would work for me I have about 80+ pounds i need to lose and have tried tones of diets i am just short of trying lap band surgery, i really want to try this hopefully i can reach my target before my next Disney trip in July 08 I plan to pair this diet with exercise as well

Consider it done! I am psyched about this NS diet as it will take away most of the "what should I eat" todays... I love fruits and veggies, so if all I have to do is add some of those in moderation, I am all for it!

No reason to panic. The food comes in boxes. You microwave them or boil some of them. This is at least when I did this a couple of years ago.
