over here in the uk, we have a fab programme called you are what you eat! People have lost 2 stone in 8 weeks, (sorry I don't know how many llbs that is). What they do, is throw away, all the chocolate, soda, and sugary foods, and buy in, fresh veggies, fruit, (fresh and dried,) fish, nuts, seeds, and eat healthy. The programme is on channel 4 (UK). Have a look at the website, this may link you up to the book.
Personnally, I eat really badly, but I am very lucky in that I'm very slim. Anyway, I thought, I start eating those nuts and seeds instead of chocholate at work, well, I lost quite a bit of weight. Apparently nuts and seeds are filled with good fats, that burn off all your bad fat including cellulite.
