No Rooms Available

I have been trying for days to book a two night stay from June 15-17. There are literally no rooms available on Disney property. Looks loke it is going to be crowded this summer!

Earlier this evening I was talking to a CM at Disney Dining and she was telling me that there is hardly a room left on property for this weekend and no priority seating left for restaurants. She said that people have been angry but nothing can be done. Yikes! I think it gonna be one crowded weekend at WDW.

aren't weekends busier? then the star wars at mgm. we are starting our trip next weekend but arriving sunday not going to the parks until monday. also next week is the gay convention. will that make the parks busier or slower?

We are staying in the AKL 06/29/05 - 07/06/05, I found it hard to think of all those Disney Resort rooms being occupied so i checked the US Disney World web site and as mentioned earlier there is nothing available in the AKL or any other resort for these dates, so I checked th UK Disney World Website and they are still showing availability for these dates in all resorts.
I would have thought that both websites use the same booking engine
I am Glad we have received all our documents.
I hope you manage to get rooms for your vacation

Have you tried www.expedia.com ? They may have rooms even though CRO does not. Disney sells them blocks of rooms separate from the inventory CRO keeps. It may be worth a try

OR any of the other online travel sights too like travelocity or hotwire,etc.

Well, I just got (yesterday) AKL Savannah View for 9 nights with AP rate 07/07/05 to 07/16/05.
So I consider myself lucky.

When I rebooked our trip, we tried to arrive on the 15th or 17th of June. The only room available was a room a WL for 3000.00. They were able to find us room CS on June 29th. I would say its going to be very crowded all summer. Hope everyone packs there patience!!

Have you tried booking through expedia or travelocity? Sometimes they buy blocks of rooms from Disney. I have had luck with that in the past for a short notice trip. You could always try to rent from a DVC owner last minute as well. Lastly, keep calling and call first thing in the morning. You could get lucky!

You could also try booking the Swan or Dolphin through their own ressie system or go to the Starwood website.

I LOVE that line!!! I think I might have to use a version of it in the future. When people begin to get testy I'd like to say " Oh I think somebody forgot to pack their patience!!!

I hear ya! I tried to book a room on-site near those times and there was NOTHING available - and I tried calling several times. So we are trying our first august trip as I was able to get the resorts I wanted.
