Two weeks ago, I traded with VMK user "chrisjenkins": my Aladdin Flying Carpet Chair for his pair of boat teleporters. I immediately set up the teleporters in my room and found they didn't work; stepping in either one would do the teleport effect, but wouldn't actually move me to the other. So apparently they're a mismatched pair.
Right away I reported this via the "Call for Help" to ask for help finding chrisjenkins again to trade back, but an admin rather snippily told me that "Call for Help" is only a "911 service" and that I should go to the VMK web site and submit my problem there.
So I did - I went to the web site and submitted a request that the boat teleporters I was carrying around be fixed so that they would work with each other. The web site told me I could expect a response within 24 hours.
A week later, not having gotten any response and having nothing in my spam log to say that Disney had tried to contact me, I submitted my problem again and this time was told I could expect a response within 48 hours.
It's now a week after that. My boat teleporters still don't work with each other. "chrisjenkins" apparently no longer exists in VMK, because I can no longer type his name (it shows up as ###).
Is Disney really this far behind on their problem emails? Or do they just not bother with issues like this?
