I'm a week away from (finally) being able to make dining reservations. I went to the disney site and I can't figure out how to make reservations past the 180th day. Didn't there used to be a place to click to put your resort reservation in so you could book past your 180th day? What's my best bet for making ressies past the 180th day?? Thanks!!!

I haven't booked with a resort number for a while, but before AFTER you picked the restaurant and were on that restaurant's page for booking, the top of the page had a box that included info on connecting your resort reservation and that opened up the dates for 180+10 on the calendar.

You can't start booking before your 180th day. On the 180th day from check in, you can start booking your reservations and book for up to 10 days into your stay. It is 180 + 10, not 190. On that day, you will be able to put in your hotel reservation number and it should give you access to the calendar.

It easy, on your 108th day put into make your first reservation and it will then ask you if you are staying on-site and you will then be able to put in your confirmation number and it will find your dates.

MY 180 day was on Tuesday 10/19. I am still not able to book anything past a 180 day mark on line, I called and made the reservations that i needed, but I would like to make some more.

I am not prompted to put my WDW resort package confirmation # in.

I am not asked if I am staying on site.

Could my WDW reservation, not be linked to my wdw log on?

My reservations that I booked by phone are not showing up, but what i have read this is due to WDW upgrading their system.

What am I doing wrong??:sad1:

I just looked and anything past Apr. 21 they say the service isn't available and to call to make bookings if you have a resort reservation.

My 180th day was Sunday. I have tried all week but the online system will not let you book the +10 days. I had to do them by phone. I thought that after the system went down again this week it would work, but it doesn't.

I went on line to do my ADR's too, I can not book anything for my entire stay. I have my one ADR, I"ll be calling for the rest of mine. Another major goof for Disney after their "upgrade". If they want to improve something that's great, but they always take 2 step backwards everytime.

I haven't been able to enter my resort confirmation number for several months on the online dining site. I liked the way you could put in a date range and it would show if the restaurante you wanted was available any time during that date range (very helpful for restaurants like Le Cellier). Now I have to keep changing dates and changing times, hoping something is open somewhere. It took me about a half hour online to make one reservation, because of looking at all the different days and different times each day. Fortunately, I found what I wanted. But I really liked their original online system better.

Isn't that the truth!

So it's still not letting your book the 180 +10. I was checking and normally when you choose a date in the +10 zone it prompts you to enter your room reservation number. This is what you get now:

We're sorry but this service is currently not available online. If you have a resort reservation and need to book greater than 180 days, please call 407-WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.

Ugh.....:headache:

Although I think it is very convenient to book the dining on line, I will not do it. I will take the time to call on the phone. I hate Disney's website and don't trust it. I have always thought that for a company who prides itself on using the latest and greatest technology, their website leaves something to be desired. I have problems with it everytime I go on it.

Does anyone know if this is still happening?

Would love for this 180+10 glitch to get fixed before its my actual window in a couple of months.

Online is very convenient and I like that I can see what the other options are -- it makes me feel more in control.

thanks for any updates.

I have never been offered to add my resort reservation to the dining pages. I didn't even know that was an option. I had origionally booked a trip for Dec and made my ADR's after the 180 mark so I didn't have a problem, now the trip is postponed and again it hasn't asked me for resort info.
I did call to get CRT added to the plan and they told me they would stil lcharge my card and not till I arrived at the resturant would the charges be reversed.

There system has been GARBAGE from day one. Never works right. Who ever is there IT person they need to tell them to take a hike. They need someone who knows what they are doing. Should never do an upgrade until they is tested too the moon to get all the bugs out before you make it live.

The really annoying thing is that just prior to this round of "upgrades" the system was actually pretty stable and working well. The +10 booking window worked perfectly (once they removed the telephone number requirement for retrieving a resort reservation, which never worked properly) and the facility to check all your ADRs at once was also a great feature which worked perfectly. I was really impressed with the system a month or so ago.

Then they broke it all. :(

My 180 days is coming up on Monday, so I just went on to mess around & get familiar with the system. It's still giving the message to call if you have a resort reservation & want to book 180 +10. Guess I don't need to bother figuring out the online system - so annoying, I'd much prefer to make my reservations online because I'm not sure which day I want our CP breakfast yet so I was just going to book it for both days & then cancel one when we decide. Will they let me do that on the phone?

What I'd like to know is, why don't they just have a "central" page where you sign in with your resort reservation # and then from THERE you can click to make dining reservations & it would already have your resort ressie filled in & know what your dates are? Is that too much to ask? The way it is now where you click "My Reservations," then it goes to the dining page (& tells me I don't have any dining ressies), then you click from there to retrieve your resort reservation just seems backwards to me.

It's our 180 days on Monday too :cool1: I was looking forward to using the on-line system too - but looks like I'll be on the phone.

I wish I had read this thread before today! lol!
My 180 day window opened today. I was up a 6:00 so that I could try to make my ADRs on line. I got the same message. Nothing was available beyond my arrival day. There was no prompt for my reservation number. I called and made my ADRs, but I was surprised how much trouble I had. Couldn't get a fantasmic dining package. I was surprised because I arrive on Thurs. Most people will not get there until Sat or Sun for my week, so their windows are not open yet! I called back and talked to another CM and I was told that the fantasmic packages were not even in the system yet for my date. I was told to call back in a week. Really??? I'm going to call everyday for the next couple days to see if I can get it. I have never had this much trouble making adrs. I did everything on line last year (except fantasmic) and I thought the system was great.
