No reply from Polynesian IPO.... **UPDATE**

It's been almost 2 weeks, and 3 email requests, and I still have not heard back from Polynesian IPO. All I want is a copy of my itinerary. Anyone else having this problem, or is it only me?

For our July trip, I always heard back from IPO immediately, so I am not sure what the problem is this time.

Our trip is in less than 2 weeks.

Thanks for the reply. I have not tried calling them. In the past, I've always heard back from the immediately and never had a reason to call.

The last couple of emails (before the last 2 weeks!) had been from someone other than Jeffrey. I always heard back quickly from Jeffrey. I have no idea what's going on. The last email I sent was this past Saturday, so I think I'll try one more email this morning and if I don't hear back by tomorrow I'll call. I was just wondering if anyone else was not hearing back, and apparently it's just me.

I'm thinking I'm just going to book the stuff myself (except for the discovery safari which I bet I have to book through them) before it fills up.

I'm thinking I'm just going to book the stuff myself (except for the discovery safari which I bet I have to book through them) before it fills up.

The thing is, I *DID* book everything myself! LOL I just want a copy of everything, like they sent me the last time as an attachment to the email. It's convenient to be able to print it all out together, with all of the info right there on it.

I just sent another email, and I went back and hit "reply" to an email that Jeffrey had sent several weeks ago, hoping he'll see it. It appears that all of the emails come from the same email address, but who knows.

I hope we both hear back from them soon.

I have had trouble with them also this trip, we aren't going until December, though, so I figured they are busy with people with trips coming up, but if you haven't heard either, maybe not. With the construction in Hawaii, the staff may be stretched a little thin.

Just heard back from Jeffrey. That was quick! However the itinerary he sent me was not really right. It contained some ADRs that I did not make, and many of the ones I did make were not on the list. This happened this past summer too. I think it has to do with our common last name. I just want to make sure that the ADRs that I made, are correct. I emailed Jeffrey back, and I am sure I'll hear from him again shortly.

I just sent my greetings to Poly IPO last Monday and have not heard anything! I called on Friday and was told that I had not been assigned to anybody yet and when I am I should contact that person?! Does that sound right?? I am getting a little frustrated. AKL contacted me back the very next day!

I just got a call from Jeanette! She got my CC info for the Discovery Safari, I had already made my ADR's!

But they did get us all the adrs we requested!

I know we'll be having breakfast in the lounge on Saturday morning, Oct 29th Not sure what time, though, since we'll be arriving late the night before. Our plans for that day are to meet some VMK/DIS friends at the Plaza Restaurant for lunch at 11:30am, so I don't want to have breakfast too late. Dinner that night is at the castle at 6:30pm, so we'll be back to our room to get freshened up, before that. We'll probably stop into the lounge before dinner to check out what the offerings are, and I'm planning on taking a lot more pictures of food, this time. LOL I'll take more notes, too, so I can say exactly what the offerings are, each night. I really hope we see each other, it'd be fun to say Hello!

After replying again to IPO yesterday regarding the incorrect itinerary that I was sent, I got an email from Tara this morning, asking when a convenient time would be to call me, to go over the itinerary. I emailed back saying I'd be home and available all morning.

Lynnette just called me back and we went over each of my reservations. She added the ones that were missing and deleted the ones that were not mine. She even is adding in a couple of reservations that our friends made, for meals we'll be attending but that are not in my name, so that everything will be together in one place.
