No raise, no bonus - again, no flames please.

No COLA, raises for three years now. We're under "work to rule" now.

I understand how you all feel. My DH hasn't had a pay raise in so long I don't even remember when the last one was and forget about any kind of bonus, they are non existant. Now, we just found out that our health insurance is going up 30%! They already take $250+ out of Dh's pay check every week for insurance.
My DH works for a Chrysler dealer and we were lucky that his dealership survived the huge amount of closures last spring.
We cut back alot, we let the kids have fast food once a week but, we usually just eat something from home. We (DH & I) used to go out to dinner and a movie once in a while(date night) and we haven't done that in about a year. The last time DH and I went out to eat alone was when we went Christmas shopping. I try to only buy what we need and then I scour the sales and clearance racks.
We are taking a trip to Disney and leave on Friday but, we scrimped and saved to make it happen. The trip is paid in full and nothing went on a credit card (which does feel good I must admit). We even have spending money saved. I hope things get better for everyone!
