This is an update from a previous post I had written. Well, everything is all settled. What a relief!! Last night I faxed a copy of my Visa bill to Mohammed at Tiffany Town Cars. This morning he phoned me to tell me that they are crediting my account with the $75.00. It turned out that I had inadvertently written my Visa number on the back of the Tiffany Internet coupon, that I had printed from the computer. I must have done that when I was ordering my Sea World tickets online.
Anyway, when the driver handed in the coupon, the office staff thought that they were supposed to charge that account, not realizing that I had already paid cash. It was a really dumb thing to do on my part. Mohammed was great. He even faxed me a copy of the coupon to make sure it was my handwriting, and if it wasn't, he was ready to take steps from there. Thank God it was my hand writing.
Mohammed and Tiffany Town Cars have been really great about this whole thing. I really think they went above and beyond to figure out what had happened, and to rectify it in what ever way they had to. They were totally professional, and very efficient. I would reccomend Tiffany Town Cars very highly, and plan to use them when ever I go to Disney. Thank you Mohammed, for your caring and understanding attitude. You are wonderful!!!
