I just called to try to get a "Preferred Room" for our December trip. Ressies have already been made using a discount code with standard room. I thought there was an error since I asked for a preferred room when I booked. I was told there weren't any preferred rooms available since I used a "code" and probably wouldn't be available to me if I called back before our trip since I used a code. Now that stinks as my DH and I were in a car accident in July and are still recovering from back/neck injuries. We walk on 2 feet but I woudn't want to be a stroller behind us.

How the heck have you been??? Good to hear from you!!! How's Blaine doing? Hmm, farthest preferred and closest standard...makes sense to me. Keeping my fingers crossed we'll get lucky.
to everyone for your suggestions. I'm definitely going to call back to ask if they'll make a notation on our ressie about our medical conditions. Can't hurt to ask, right?
