No Pop for the week of Sept 16-22 Free Dining

I tried to book Pop for the week above and it is already booked out. We are staying at ASMo but my preference is Pop because we have stayed there 3 times already. What are the odds of them opening up a few more rooms and strategy for getting one?

I have the same problem.

I'm want to book Pop in a preferred room September 14-21..I've been calling everyday and nothing has opened up yet. The CM on the phone told me that they only release about 50 rooms in each hotel per discount (don't know if this is true or not) and to keep checking back because people cancel their ressies all the time.

I was able to get a POP preferred room for Sept 16-22 - Keep checking.

When I called (the first day of free dining). POP was booked for the last week of September. I called again on Thursday and changed from ASMu to CBR. My friend called and got POP on Friday for that same week, so keep trying.

I was told that Pop only had preferred rooms for this special (don't know why- probably because so many people like Pop now and they don't have any trouble booking it). I would keep trying and see if anyone cancels. We wanted to stay at Pop again but are going to try ASMusic this time. Good luck!

I received a standard room at POP September 10-14th with free dining!

This hardly seems possible. POP has 2,880 rooms now. There's no way they will only make 50 of them available for the free dining promotion. Actually, I think close to that many people have probably already posted here about getting POP ressies and it's reasonable to think that MOST of the people staying there are DIS members.

I am staying at POP in a standard room with free dining 9/16-9/22

we have 2 standard rooms (connecting) reserved for Pop with free dining 9/13-9/17. We booked the first morning it came out for visa holders though.

I've been monitoring availability on the Disney Website for earlier in September, because I am split between POP and CSR. For a while POP was showing up as sold out (for Free Dining) and then it was available again... Keep checking . Especially as time gets closer and people cancel reservations.
