Is it just me or others? When I go to book I don't see a for personal use question. I've booked AU, DW and DL since the "warning" came into effect and I have never seen it.

That's me. I realized that I hadn't been asked when making my last few reservations and I thought they removed it. Then it hit me that I always check a box. I just don't read anything next to the box.
Today, when I called to add a request to an upcoming reservation, I did notice that, for the first time since they started asking, they didn't ask. Made me wonder.
