Just got a email back from Disney cruise line - quick as I just emailed them yesterday. They said the Global Entry card is just fine for documentation for the cruise - to get on and return home.
The only concern was if needed to fly home from foreign port because of medical or other emergency. But barring that global entry card is all I need - they said don’t even need drivers license. I will still bring that though for backup and will also apply to get my birth certificate again and rush order the Chinese visa, but I feel much better now
